Nose Reshaping Case

This 59-year-old woman wanted to have a more feminine nose and comprehensive facial rejuvenation. Knowing that a surgeon’s skill and experience matters, she began looking for a board-certified plastic surgeon who performed facial rejuvenation procedures and rhinoplasty in Los Angeles. After some consideration, she contacted Marina Plastic Surgery Associates for a consultation.

She explained her many concerns to her surgeon during her consultation and he suggested that she undergo an open rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery to treat the bags under her eyes and her drooping eyelids, and laser skin resurfacing to freshen up her appearance. Her rhinoplasty and eyelid surgery could be performed concurrently and her laser skin resurfacing could be done after she recovered from surgery.

Two months after her Los Angeles cosmetic surgery, her “after” photos were taken to show her improvement. Her eyes look much more youthful and her nose is much perkier and she will likely see continued improvement as all swelling resolves over the first year. In addition, she has a much more even complexion in the “after” photos. She was very happy with her results.
