This 33-year-old woman was particularly unhappy with the bulbous tip of her nose, wanting to it to be more consistent with the rest of her features and to look more feminine. When she came in for her consultation, she explained to her surgeon that she was very concerned about her nose looking natural after surgery. Her surgeon listened carefully to her concerns and told her that the best way to achieve natural-looking results is to make subtle, rather than dramatic, changes to the nose. He would use an “open” incision technique, using a small incision on the underside of the nose, and make small adjustments to the slope of her nose and to the tip to create a more feminine contour and achieve the results she wanted.

Two months after her surgery, her “after” photos were taken to show her progress. Her nose now matches the rest of her features and has a perky and narrower tip.
