This woman, who was 38 years old, said she wanted to stop looking “tired all the time.” The eye area is often the first to show signs of aging, including sagging, wrinkles and lost volume. A treatment with dermal fillers can begin with a topical anesthetic, if desired by the patient. The procedure is usually complete within 30 minutes. The filler is placed beneath the targeted areas with a few quick injections. In this woman’s case, we used 2 syringes (2 cc) of Restylane. The “after” photo shows this patient’s enhanced eye area.
