This 47-year-old man was tired of the deep crease in between his eyebrows and was interested in finding out more about non-surgical wrinkle treatments. After researching several procedures he decided contact Marina Plastic Surgery Associates to meet with a board-certified Los Angeles plastic surgeon and discuss his options.

During his consultation, he explained his concern and asked what options were available for treatment. After examining his forehead, his surgeon suggested that this patient have BOTOX® injected in between his eyes and brows to relax the muscles. To smooth the texture of the skin between his brows and encourage new collagen growth, he also had 2 treatments with the Pearl Laser which would give healthier-looking skin. Then, to treat the deep fold between this patient’s eyes, his surgeon injected JUVÉDERM® to add volume to the area.

This patient’s “after” photos were taken one week after the last Pearl treatment and show the dramatic improvement in his brow. The deep crease is greatly diminished, making the skin between his brows look younger and healthier. When asked how he felt about his treatment with JUVÉDERM, Pearl Laser and BOTOX in Southern California, he said he was very happy with the results and was glad he no longer looked constantly worried.
