This 43 year old woman from Ladera Ranch, California is 5 feet tall and weighs 128 pounds. She was unhappy with breasts that she felt were too large and did not have a flattering contour. Before surgery, she was wearing a 34 D bra and wanted to go down to a 34 C. More importantly, she wanted to have a more attractive breast contour.

During surgery, Dr. Stevens used traditional surgical tools along with laser technology to reduce breast volume and create a more “perky” appearance. Because she had slight breast asymmetry to begin with, 390 grams (about 5/6ths of a pound) of excess tissue was removed from the left breast, while only 350 grams was removed from the right breast.
