Breast Reduction (for Women) Case

This 37 year old woman was bothered by the effects that her breasts were having on her daily life. Due to their large size, she was having neck and back pain, rashes under her breasts, and also bra strap indentations. She wanted Los Angeles breast reduction surgery that would help to ease some of these concerns.

After meeting with a board-certified plastic surgeon at our practice, she decided to have Laser Bra breast lift and reduction surgery. The Laser Bra procedure was performed by removing excess skin and creating an internal brassiere which functions much like a push up bra. A specially-prepared strip of skin was placed inside each breast and attached to the chest wall for additional support. Her surgeon also performed a breast lift in which excess skin was removed and her breasts were positioned to be more elevated.

This patient showed great results from her Los Angeles plastic surgery procedure. After reducing her breasts from a size 36H to a 36C, she said that she can now do yoga and other exercises with greater ease due to there being less strain on her back and neck. In addition, the rashes under her breasts and indentations from her bra have been reduced since her breasts are now more lightweight and have a lot more support.
