This 41-year-old female desired breast reduction surgery because her heavy breasts were causing back and neck pain. She elected to have a minimal incision breast reduction so that she could avoid the transverse “anchor” scar. She also had the LaserBra technique to give a longer-lasting lift using her own tissues. The nipples remained attached to the breasts at all times. Her back and neck pain have resolved since she underwent the operation.
