Since her main concern was the size of her breasts, her surgeon agreed that a breast reduction would be best and also recommended that she have a breast lift to address the sagging that had developed over time. The combination of the two procedures would give her perkier, smaller and more youthful-looking breasts. Additionally, to help preserve these results, her surgeon would perform a Laser Bra breast lift, where an internal “bra” is made of the patient’s own tissue which would provide continued support to the breast tissue long after her surgery.
