The weight of her breasts was causing a great deal of pain for this 27-year-old woman. She was tired of having constant pain in her neck and back and wanted to find a talented plastic surgeon who performed breast reduction in Los Angeles. After some research and careful consideration, she made an appointment to see one of Marina Plastic Surgery Associates’ board-certified plastic surgeons.

During her initial consultation, this patient discussed her concerns and explained what breast size she would like to be. Together with her surgeon, they determined that a breast reduction and a breast lift with the Laser Bra would give her the kind of results she wanted. Although she only had moderate sagging, a breast lift would make her breasts appear perky and youthful, and with the added Laser Bra, her breasts would retain their attractive position for longer.

The Laser Bra breast lift combines a traditional breast lift with the support of an internal “bra” made from the patient’s own skin. During a standard breast lift, a small section of skin is removed and then discarded, but during a Laser Bra procedure, this skin is treated with a CO2 laser and then sutured to the chest wall under the breast. The treated skin keeps the breast tissue lifted and can dramatically improve the longevity of breast lifts.
