This 20-year-old female desired breast reduction surgery because her large, pendulous breasts were causing back and neck pain. She elected to have a minimal incision breast reduction so that she could avoid the transverse “anchor” scar. She also had the LaserBra technique to give a longer-lasting lift using her own tissues. The nipples remained attached to the breast at all times. Her back and neck pain have resolved since the operation.
