Large, pendulous breasts can be uncomfortable and painful for many women. This 24-year-old woman suffered from poor posture in addition to neck, shoulder, and back pain because of her breast size. At 5 ft. 2 in. and 155 lbs, she wore a size 36F bra and often had trouble finding undergarments that fit. She met with her surgeon and told him about the problems she faced because of her breasts. She explained that she often developed rashes beneath her breasts and had painful indentations from her bra strap.
