This 41-year-old woman desired a breast lift procedure to achieve a perky breast shape. She did not want to have implants or the excessive scarring of the anchor incisions. She underwent a minimal incision breast lift with no transverse anchor scar. She also had the LaserBra procedure to give her a perkier, longer-lasting lift. No breast implants were used.
