This 45-year-old woman was tired of her 32 E/F breast size. She wanted to have her breasts reduced and lifted, so she began looking for a Los Angeles breast reduction specialist who was highly experienced in breast procedures. She made an appointment with one of the board-certified plastic surgeons at Marina Plastic Surgery Associates with the hope that they could reduce her breast size while still making her breasts look natural.

At 5’1 and 125 pounds, this patient knew that her breast size of 32 E/F was too large. During her consultation she explained that she wanted to be around a 32 C/D and wanted her breasts to sag less. Her surgeon recommended that she have a breast reduction with a Laser Bra breast lift. The Laser Bra, developed by Dr. Grant Stevens of Marina Plastic Surgery Associates, is a method of breast lifting where the surgeon will use a patch of skin that is typically discarded during a breast lift to create an internal bra for the patient. The piece of skin is sutured to the chest wall after being treated with a CO2 laser and provides support for the breast tissue after surgery.
