Breast Lift with Augmentation Case

For a 22-year-old, this woman’s breasts drooped significantly, making them appear older. She wanted to find a Los Angeles breast implants specialist who could give her breasts a fuller and more youthful appearance. She came to Marina Plastic Surgery Associates to discuss her options with one of our board-certified plastic surgeons.

Because her breasts drooped, her surgeon recommended that she have a breast lift in conjunction with an augmentation. He recommended that she have a Laser Bra breast lift procedure, a method of breast lifting developed by Marina Plastic Surgery Associates’ own Dr. Grant Stevens. During this operation, her surgeon used a laser to preserve a patch of breast tissue that supports the nipple and then uses the laser to create a supportive “bra” underneath the patient’s breast out of her own tissue. This method supports the breasts and keeps them lifted after the surgery is completed. Her surgeon also inserted 250cc breast implants to increase the size of her breasts, giving them a fuller look.

After her surgery, this patient’s breasts are much fuller and perkier. Now she is able to enjoy the youthful results of her augmentation and breast lift in Southern California thoroughly, as suggested by her bikini tan lines.
