Breast Lift with Augmentation Case

This 37 year old woman traveled from Lancaster, California to our office in Los Angeles for breast enhancement surgery. She had had one child and had breast fed, which gave her breasts a sagging and deflated appearance. She came to us unsure about her cosmetic options and wanting to know what a cosmetic surgery professional would recommend.

During her consultation, her surgeon noted that she would be a good candidate for a breast lift (mastopexy) to create a more youthful breast contour, and breast augmentation in replace volume lost during pregnancy and breastfeeding. She also was a good candidate for a Laser Bra, which creates an internal brassiere using a patient’s existing skin for long-lasting breast support.

In addition to her mastopexy using the Laser Bra technique, she chose cohesive silicone gel implants for her breast augmentation. To correct some slight asymmetry, a 225 cc silicone gel implant was used on her left side and a 375 cc implant was used on her right. Before surgery, she was a 34 B/C, and after surgery she was a full 34 C, bordering on a D cup.

So is this patient happy that she chose breast enhancement in Los Angeles? Absolutely. She has a much more attractive breast appearance which makes it easier for her to enjoy her looks as she enjoys raising her family.
