This 32-year-old woman desired to regain the perkiness and fullness that her breast had during pregnancy. She also desired an improvement in symmetry. She underwent a minimal incision laser-assisted breast lift and augmentation with saline implants. Her surgeon placed a 300cc implant on the left and a 235cc implant on the right in order to improve the symmetry of her breast volumes. Both implants were placed under the muscle.
