Breast Implant Removal Case

This 46 year old woman had previously had breast augmentation but was tired of her big, cumbersome breasts. She made an appointment with our practice for a breast augmentation revision in Los Angeles.

During her consultation, her surgeon listened carefully to her concerns and desires. She was educated about what a revision procedure was designed to do and what it could achieve. After thinking it over, she decided that she wanted to have her breast implants removed and her natural breasts lifted using the Laser Bra technique.

During the procedure her surgeon removed her implants and revised her implant pocket. Then using a CO2 laser, her surgeon treated a flap of excess skin from each breast just below her nipple. This flap of skin was used to create an “internal bra” connecting the base of the breast and the upper chest wall. The internal bra serves a similar function to that of the padding that is located in the lower portion of a push up bra – it lifts the breasts and keeps them lifted naturally.

She loves the results from her breast surgery. With the ability to exercise more easily and buy clothing that fits her better, she is very happy with her implant removal, breast lift, and Laser Bra procedure.
