This 29-year-old mother of one (breast fed) who is 5’1″ tall and weighs 116 lbs originally received 550 cc (left breast) and 600 cc (right breast) silicone gel implants but decided to replace them with 310 cc (left breast) and 370 cc (right breast) Silimed cohesive gel implants through a Periareolar incision in a submuscular placement. The patient went from a bra size of a 36 DD to a 36 C. The “After” photo was taken six weeks post surgery.
