One of this 42 year old woman’s implants had ruptured while the other breast exhibited capsular contractures and distortion. Both implants and capsules were removed and replaced with Mentor 300 cc Siltex silicone gel implants. The procedure was executed through periareolar incisions and the placement was submuscular.
