Breast Augmentation Case

This 30 year old woman from Paso Robles, California came to our practice in Los Angeles for breast implants to create a more attractive upper body appearance. At 5’4″ and 100 lbs, she was thin and had almost no existing breast tissue.

After reviewing her case during a consultation, her surgeon recommended breast augmentation using cohesive silicone gel implants. Many women believe that silicone implants look and feel more like natural breast tissue, which is why they are increasingly popular at our practice and nationwide. Because this patient had so little existing breast tissue, her surgeon recommended that the implants be placed underneath the pectoral muscle, where they would be less noticeable.

During her augmentation surgery which was performed on an outpatient basis, she received 300 cc breast implants, taking her from a 34 A cup to 34 B/C. Her new breast appearance compliments her figure without overly dominating her upper body look. The “after” pictures seen here were taken 3 months following surgery, and as you can see, scarring is already practically unnoticeable. From the front, side and 3/4 view, it is easy to see that her breasts have a natural-looking slope and contour. She is very happy with her Los Angeles breast implant result.
