This 22-year-old woman wanted to enlarge the size of her breasts. She wanted a breast augmentation in Los Angeles from a highly qualified plastic surgeon. After researching around, she decided to schedule an appointment with a board-certified plastic surgeon at Marina Plastic Surgery Associates.

During her appointment, she explained to the surgeon her desirable size and together they decided that size 250 cc saline implants would be best for creating the results she wanted. After her surgeon informed her of what to expect before, during, and after surgery, she scheduled her breast augmentation procedure.

Many Santa Monica plastic surgeons place the implants through incisions around her areolas into submuscular pockets, which are located below the pectoral muscle.

After the surgery, her breasts have a curvy contour and are very proportional to each other. She was very satisfied with the results.
