This 34-year-old woman was unhappy with the asymmetry and disproportion of her breasts. Her whole life she was bothered by how flat her breasts were and there uneven appearance. Together with her surgeon, she decided on a size, shape, and type of implant for her breast enlargement in Los Angeles. Her surgeon inserted silicone gel Moderate Plus Profile implants through areolar incisions into submuscular pockets. By covering the implant with muscle, this allows the chest wall to slope which can help contribute to natural looking results. For this patient the surgeon used two different sizes of implants; size 275 cc on the right and size 250 cc on the left.
