This 48-year-old woman was unhappy with her small, asymmetrical breasts. At 5’7″ and 143 lbs, she wanted to have larger breasts that were more proportionate to her frame. Searching for a Los Angeles cosmetic surgeon, she found Marina Plastic Surgery Associates and decided to schedule a consultation.

During her consultation, she explained to her surgeon that she wanted to be a D cup. To reach this size, her surgeon suggested that she have 322 cc cohesive gel implants, or gummy bear implants, placed under the muscle. He would insert the implants through an incision under the breast in the inframammary fold which would produce tiny, barely noticeable scars. After her Los Angeles breast augmentation, she would go from a 36 B to a 36 D.

Her post-operative photos were taken just one year after surgery and as can be seen in these “after” shots, her breasts look natural and full with no visible signs of surgery.
