This 32-year-old woman wanted to enhance the shapeliness of her breasts. She planned her procedure with a highly qualified Los Angeles plastic surgeon at Marina Plastic Surgery Associates.

She chose to have a saline implant, which naturally disposes itself within the body if it ruptures. Based on the degree of enlargement desired, her anatomy, and the patient-surgeon preference they together decided on the other options. She chose moderate profile saline implants of size 250 cc.

During the surgery, periareolar incisions were made (where the skin surrounds the nipples), where her surgeon then lifted her skin and created submuscular pockets. He placed her implants into these pockets which are located just below her pectoral muscle.

After the procedure, her breasts are now the larger size that she desired and have a very proportional appearance. Also they show more curvature between them, thus narrowing the gap that was present pre-op. She is very pleased with her breast augmentation in Los Angeles.
