Dissatisfied with the droopy appearance of her breasts, this 36-year-old woman wanted to enhance them by getting a breast augmentation in Los Angeles. She came to Marina Plastic Surgery Associates, a practice serving Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Long Beach and Santa Monica.
The implants that were used for this patient were moderate profile, 350 cc saline implants. These implants were placed in submuscular pockets in which the surgeon created by lifting her skin through her peri-areolar incisions.
As the after photos show, her incisions are hardly even noticeable. Also, her new enlarged breasts have an elevated and youthful look. She is pleased with her results and glad that she underwent a breast augmentation.
