Unhappy with the appearance of her breasts, this 25-year-old woman decided that she wanted to turn to a Los Angeles or Santa Monica plastic surgeon for a breast enhancement procedure. She chose to schedule an appointment with a Marina Plastic Surgery Associates board-certified plastic surgeon.

The surgeon helped her decide on an implant type, shape, and size prior to surgery. For her procedure, 275 cc moderate profile saline implants were inserted in her breasts through incisions around her areolas. The implants were placed in submuscular pockets which are located just below her pectoral muscle.

Patients with small breasts can be challenging for surgeons to perform breast augmentations on. This is because they don’t have as much breast tissue to work with during surgery. However, she was very satisfied with the look, shape, and feel of her breasts after her Los Angeles breast implants.
